growing and growing...

Hey Everyone~

Just a quick little update. Miss Lorali is doing wonderfully. She is growing and getting so chunky!!! Will and I weighed her on Sunday and she is already up to 11.5 pounds!!! She is gaining about a pound a week! I guess the "mama juice" is working. You can kinda see in this picture how chunky (and beautiful) she is...

Last Friday was Lorali's 1 month birthday!!! I cannot believe she is a month old already. The time has gone by so fast! The sad part about it is that means it is just about time for me to go back to work :( I start back to teaching next week. But, I can't really complain because I am very fortunate to have a "flexible" schedule and a boss who is very understanding. Next week will be jam packed because I will be teaching and it is registration week, but we'll get through it! Here is a picture of our family and the cake my mom had made for Lorali's birthday...

She is sleeping pretty well for us (knock on wood). When we put her down for the night she will sleep about 4 or 5 hours, then I get up and feed her and eventually get her back to sleep (sometimes right away, sometimes 2 hours later). Either way, we end up getting betweeen 6 and 8 hours of broken sleep each night. If any of you wonder what is on TV between the hours of 2am and 5am, just ask... I'm sure I've watched it over the past few weeks :) lol

Well, that's just a quick little update. Everything is going really well and we can't really complain about anything. We have been extremely blessed with a wonderful baby! Don't get me wrong, we've had our rough evenings/nights, but all in all, we can't complain. I hope all of you are doing well... talk to you soon!!!
