She's Already Being Stubborn!!!

Hey Everyone~
Will and I went to the doctor yesterday for our check-up. I am 25 weeks pregnant... I can't believe there's only about 15 weeks left!!!

We had another ultrasound done and everything looked great. Little Miss Lorali Claire is measuring 1 pound 10 ounces, her heart rate was 158 bpm, and she was just as active as ever.

We had a 3d/4d ultrasound done, but she didn't cooperate with us very well. Every time we have gotten an ultrasound she has kept her right arm in front of her face, and yesterday was no different. The ultrasound tech tried all kinds of tricks, but Lorali Claire would not move that arm out of the way!!! At one point she had both arms crossed over her face... she did not want her picture taken! I think that stubborness is coming from her Daddy! We did get a few decent pictures, but I guess we will have to wait until she gets here to really see how beautiful she is!

Will and I have also started attending our birthing classes. This has been a really great experience for both of us. It is really helping to get us prepared for what lies ahead and it adds a new sense of reality to the whole pregnancy. I have some funny stories, but I won't publish them here for all the world to see... if you want to hear about them, just ask!

I have been working on getting the house ready for the new arrival. I guess you could say I'm nesting, but I just want to get it done while I have the time and before I get too uncomfortable. Will has helped me put up shelves in her closet and moving things that I can't lift anymore. Her room is set up and organized, now we just need the bedding, decorations... oh, and a little baby girl to put in it!

Well, we are doing great! We are both so excited for her to get here, but I guess we can wait a little while longer... I will post some ultrasound pictures today (they are at the bottom of the page) and take some updated belly pictures to post over the weekend!

We hope this finds all of you well... keep us posted on anything going on in your lives!

Love,
Ahleasha, Will, and Lorali Claire
