Hello Again...
I am sorry it has taken me a few days to post an update, but it's been a little hectic around here.
First of all, Will's surgery went wonderfully! The doctor is very pleased with it and says he should be good to go in just a couple weeks. We took his splint off last night and he is now able to start putting some weight on it as long as he is wearing his walking boot. He goes for his follow-up visit next Monday, and hopefully will be able to wear a tennis shoe in the next couple weeks.
We had my mom, grandparents, and little sister in town this past weekend to help put the finishing touches on the nursery and finish up some projects around the house. I will take some updated pictures of the nursery ASAP and post them. We have just a couple more things to get and hang on the walls, but for the most part it is finally finished!
We go to the doctor on Thursday for a check-up, so I will have a brief update after that. And now that we are almost done we start going every week!
Classes start tomorrow (I can't believe it) so my life is about to get back into a routine - for a few weeks at least, until Miss Lorali gets here :)
